Your Motherinator (formerly known as VXgame) is a short experimental game developed by Team Eeveesauce. It is not considered canon to the Eeveesauce universe.
The game centers around Sharena, a fatherless young girl who visits her dying mother and meets a bunch of wacky people on the way. The main content of the game involves walking around and talking to the many NPCs around, and does not revolve around a single story.
Development
Development began on March 24, 2022 in the RPG Maker VX engine. It was developed with a strong focus on having minimal assets as to not inflate the install size.
On April 29, 2022, it was ported to the RPG Maker VX Ace engine, which was incredibly easy since they're basically the same engine. The game was published to itch.io the very next day, but was not released until July 24, 2022.
The game continued to receive small content updates and bug fixes throughout August, but ended with a Christmas-themed update that was released on December 7, 2022.
Team Eeveesauce has expressed interest in adding additional content, although nobody knows when or if that content will release.
