After being expelled from countless schools dur to her unluckiness, Marsha enrolls at Clotham Secondary Phrontistery, a prestigious magic-infused school in the Clotham region.
On her first day, Marsha unwittingly arrives at school after class has already begun. While panicking about which room she's supposed to be in, she meets another student who is equally-late, Kremepuff. The two become friends quite quickly.
